It looks very good!

(I have a dream that somebody sometime will do a scenery for my little home airport... LIPU... something simple but beautiful like this would be fantastic!)

Hello Friday...;)...!

Do what I do...

Treat yourself to a copy of Abacus' EZ-Scenery and design your own airfields and scenery...
(I also use the fantastic LAGO FSE designer, but unfortunately its not available for sale any more).

WYSIWYG...What you see is what you get...!

Using those two programs and a couple of free-ware Runway design programs, I populate most of my California Airfields and scenery!

All the Default FS 2004 Scenery suddenly becomes alive as I fly over, and land!

So much fun and enjoyment should be made illegal... ;D...!

P.S. Its quicker and easier than designing aeroplanes.!

Which of those two sites has a better product, in your opinion? they both look great!  :o actually, they both look the same  ::) And I think I need one of them, just don't know which one to choose.

Hello Rom....

They are both fantastic, but work slightly differently.
I use both.

LAGO FSE for FS 2004 is amazingly easy to use, select an object from the list, place it in the scenery with the Arrow keys. Move it, Size it, Rotate it, etc, all in real time while you are at the location in your plane...automatically saves the scene when you Exit!

It uses its own list of objects, so the scene can only be seen by a fellow LAGO FSE user...beware!

...unfortunately it is no longer available to purchase (The Site has closed down)..... :'(....!

EZ-Scenery works in a similar way, but uses all the default FS 2004 "objects"....zillions of them!

It is often used by Scenery Designers who upload their designs on FS Sites, and can be seen by everyone who installs the scenery.

Much of the "add-on scenery" which you download and install in FS 2004 was produced using EZ-Scenery!

Abacus EZ-Scenery is "slightly" more complex to use but works in a similar way to LAGO.....what you see is what you get in the scene!
A full set of instructions is included.

Try it...you'll like it....trust me...;)...!

P.S. Because of my use of the above programs, and my use of FS Navigator, they are amongst the MANY reasons why I continue to enjoy using FS9 rather that FSX...;)...!

P.P.S....oh...and not forgetting VOZ...>>>

What if I must replace a default airport (LIPU does exist in FS2004)? Is it enough to place my custom scenery on a level above FS2004 default scenery?
