Gottfried Razek High Res. Scenery

Hi All
hoping soeone might be able to shed some light on a prob im having with Gottfried Razek's High res scenery (lax2007_hr.zip etc)

im using his LAX, SFO, PHX scenery updates which work perfectly by day
However during night flights the runway lights 'turn off' as i approach I.e as i get within say 10mi of the runway the lights will start to disappear starting with those closest to my position and continue to disappear along the runway as i get closer.
this makes for very difficult (blind) landings!!!!!
wondering if anyone else has had the same probs and if so, did you manage to remedy them?

It's all in his read-me.


"You can disable the high resolution scenery on the airport area by dialing 117.00 into the NAV2 receiver.
This is important, because the high resolution tiles cover all default airport-features
like taxi-lanes or lights. Hence, I recommend dialing 117.00 for taxi or during night-time."

I THINK the same holds true for all his hi-res sets.
