One question ? :-? What in gods earth have you installed in your SIM some kind of kaleidescope?I would say you have installed something that caused this effect,  ::) :P :-? :o

Are you positively sure that your graphics card is not overheating? If the last one did the same thing, you may just have ventilation issues in your computer tower around that area.

If you are absolutely sure that it is not heat related, the only other thing I can think of is to reinstall the default environment textures. Have you ever installed at some point any addons that would enhance/change the textures?

I installed FSskyworld. Probably the cause.

I have an 8800 GTD 320Mb with Real Environment pro and FSSkyWorld and that never happened. Have you updated your drivers? What happens it you uninstall FSSkyWorld. ;)

I installed FSskyworld. Probably the cause.

Make sure you have also installed the FS Skyworld patch ! (1.5 or something like that).
