Scenery arrangements (mesh)

Postby FSFLYER2 » Mon Dec 17, 2007 5:36 pm

Addon Scenery arrangements. Due to my thirst for scenery I am having to make several changes on my 300gb HD. I like good quality authentic scenery. Now being re arranged by continents and Oceans. Considering my earlier request about MESH scenery and a comment Just made on the forum. I am wondering before purchasing FS Global 2008
If moving my present Mesh files to one folder, they should stay in their own folder arrangement as you find ie.in the Addon Scenery\Chile Mesh\scenery\....? Or arrange like this >Mesh\...? single files only
Any wizards there who can help by disclosure of their own setups? :'(
And get my drift ::)

I've done both. I personally like to keep each add-on in it's own folder, that way it's easier to find and replace if I find something better for that area.

You might want to read about any potential compatability issues FS Global may have with other mesh downloads.(I've never used it, so I can't say) As far as mesh goes, I don't know a whole lot, but I THINK (bad habbit of mine

Gndbound I thank ye for the guide. Will keep your thoughts in mind. Must say my own arranges have in the past, are; to keep scenery as downloaded, then by country. But I am expanding the world with the best and it is not all payware. And I want a good job done ::)
Hence the request for help?

I hope I was able to help you a little, but you may wish to hold off for the input of someone else, as I am by no means a scenery guru.
