I need help with a panel

Okay I downloaded an F-16, that can be found here http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military2.htm(It is the one that says USVIPER.ZIP)

You need to download and install FSUIPC. You're right in thinking the RADAR gauge is the problem, it needs FSUIPC to communicate with FS correctly ;)

And there USED to be a thread in another forum somewhere, that had all the FSUIPC freeware keys listed. I've spent an hour looking for it, and I still haven't found it. Anyone know where it is? (seems of topic, but I was trying to find it to help jk13 out)

The list was posted on Peter Dowson's own forum. I suspect he removed it as the latest FSUIPC 3.75 no longer needs registration keys for approved software to work. Download it here. http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html

It still lets me fly, but when I go to the regular cockpit view, it is all black, with a few gauges.

Installing FSUIPC.dll will fix the error message. The radar gauge should now work properly but I don't think it will fix that problem. Make sure all the BMP files are in the Panel folder.
