ERRORS!

I get this error when i open FSHostClient 1.1 (I am using this version for FS9 purposes)

071208 21:06:17  Error opening registry path while scanning for aircraft titles: SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\10.0

WTF is this!
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | 22" LED Monitor (1920x1080) | AMD Phenom II x4 970 Black Edition~3.5Ghz | 4gb RAM | ATI Radeon 6850 1gb | 1Tb HDD

by any chance is there a FSX version of FSHost? i would imagine it is trying to find a different game to what you have

I am always curious about the meaning of those letters... ::)...!

Can a older Member* decipher it for me, please?... ;)...!

It is the 1.1 version of FSHost compatible with FSX

Layne,

You can't use the FSHostClient 1.1 software with FS2004. It is designed specifically to connect an FSX player (the client) to an FSHost session (the server).

From the FSHostClient 1.1 for FSX web page:
Do you need this?
If you want to connect your FSX to an FSHost session, you need this.
If you're using FS2002 or FS2004, it can already connect to FSHost and you don't need this.
If you're only hosting with FSHost, it already supports FSX and you don't need this.


From Layne SimViator:

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
