2500 kias in a Viper??

Doesn't that bring back memories....

5 years in Athens....actually Sournema, a suburb......

Visited the Acropolis 7 times.......

Varkeza Beach.......

Caves galore in the mountians......

The King's gardens.......

Quite a nice place to grow up in during the 60's

At one time fluent in Greek and starting to read it.....

Now all I can do is count to ten, say Thankyou, milk, house, and some of the bad language......

Oh..and part of a christmas carol.....

I've had something like that happen before in the F 16s & F 15s also. Usually it happens about an hour or more into the flight while the AP has been on for quite a awhile, holding FL220 @ 600 KIAS and all of a sudden, I'm shooting straight up to FL300+ @ 1300 KIAS. From that point on, the flight is miserable. The flight charecteristics go to sh!t and landing is really dicey at best, if successful at all. Anybody know what might cause this? Semper Fi, Dave

If your F-16 model lets you fly at 2500 kias, then I suggest you get some alternate flight dynamics for it.  ;D
