Accelerating ATC speech

Just did a reinstall of my fs9, and suddenly my ATC sounds like he took some sleeping pills. Then I remembered that I had a programm installed to speed it up a bit and to add phrases like "winds calm" or "change to frequency XXX, good bye". I cant remember what it was....can you help me out?

Correct...Make sure you select a pilot voice once EditVoicePack has updated...

I recently clicked on the option to accelerate the ATC talk. Now it sounds like they've had too much caffeine

However, when they're dealing with multiple AC, you don't have to wait a lifetime to respond to a command.
