Best Backup

What is the best way to backup FS9? I mean everything about it. I don't want anything to happen to my dear FS. ::) ;D And how do you retrieve the program or file that you backup on an external HDD or some other backup utility? I am really crazy about having backups all of a sudden.

External HardDrive is the way to go...Although if you try to run it, make sure you fix the registry...If ONLY for back-up purposes...then don't bother...LOL...How do you retrieve it? Just like you would any other file or folder... ;) ;)
