How is it that the engine fire effect I made and uploaded here, and only here (I KNOW no one here would have done it) has been uploaded on two other sites already? I don't mind the publicity, but dang! A simple "Would you mind if I upload your effect....?" email would have been nice!

Yes...it does.

The second link you posted....requires the $18.00 membership fee to download....that one you may want to address since THEY will be making money off of YOUR work.

Try emailing them and ask them to take it down...they usuually do.
