Why isnt this working?

I just installed a lot of repaints for my ALPHA Vampire and for some reason they wont work. None of them show on the aircraft menu, just the ones that come with the plane. If anyone can spot what is wrong please tell me!

You missing a [fltsim.4] section, skips from 3 to 5. You'll have to renumber to fill the hole.

Sections must be in numeric order with no holes or doubles. No aircraft from the error down will show.

That's the first obvious error, so I didn't check anything

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
