Season keeps shifting back to winter

This problem just started after FS9 dropped out and put me back on my desktop. every time  I restart FS9 it puts me back to Jan 9 2007 at 11.30 am. I change back to the correct date but on restart of FS9 it is back in January. The basic computer clock and date are correct. Anyone got an idea what is happening? I am at a total loss.

are you playing in multiplayer any other game ? do you have to connect to a server to play (non FS) ?

a spyware do that ,sometimes .

Check Settings>General> Time-if it's set to 'Flight Time'

Thanks Dave. That was the problem. Guess when it crashed it somehow shifted it to flight time. I still cant figure out why the dropout happened. Put it down to another M$ glitch.
