Ready For Pushback piloting help

Whenever I take off and throttle up there is an alarm and seconds later my engines just shut off. The warning says the oil press or something of that nature. How can i get up without the alarm or the engines shutting off?

Are the gas Valves Open?

OK how do I know they are open or not? What is the title of the manual to operate it. I can't seem to find it anywhere. :-?
