Restartting up a Helicopter

Hi i recently downloaded the Bell206Floats and it dont matter which helicopter when i shutdown the engines and can get em to start up never proivde enbough thrust to take off i can get up to 60% N1 and when i hit f4 my heli bobs up then down it doesnt even get any air i dont knbow how to restart up a helicopter i do Shutdown Engines and i can never get em top restart up please help

Press 'Ctrl+Shift+F4' to turn the fuel flow back upto high. Make sure you wait until the rotors are at full speed before applying throttle.
