Changing the settings will literally take less than 30 seconds. Try it now.

Alright did them and found the FS9.CFG. It was the outlook file right?

If you changed the settings it should be obvious. The file is the one named fs9.CFG (NOT fs9.CFG.txt). The file with the Notepad icon in this shot.

I don't have Outlook so mine will be different as I already explained.
