AI helicopters & glideslope lights query.

Postby gypsymoth » Thu Jul 26, 2007 11:06 am

1 - I don't remember having seen a static or flying helicopter in FS9.
2 - Victoria British Columbia lacks glideslope (vasi/pappi) lights in my fs9.  I assume they are there in the real world?    Should they be there in FS9?
Thanks,
TW.

Hi TW.

Nope, I haven't seen AI 'copters either, although as my traffic system is heavily customised, and I've remmed out the default GA traffic, that's not surprising!

If you open the airport in AFCAD2, you'll be able to put VASI lights in.

Thanks - I'll have a bash.  It'll make a change from cockpit gauges!   I should have said it's runway 27 with no lighrs.  The others have them.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
