At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Also, some aircraft may have doors mapped to the Tailhook and Wingfold keys.

These are not assigned by default, and are usually mapped to Shift + T, and Shift + F  ;)

I don't believe any default ac has more than 2 exits that open. On the default Boeings, only the main exit (Shft+E) and a cargo door (Shft+E)>2 open.

Many add-on aircraft have more.
