what has happened to the planes???

Hi evry1! im new at downloading new aircraft so I gave it a go. I downloaded the aircraft from this web site. It was fine, they saved to my desktop no problem. But when I opened them it was a load of writing like this-

...mm...tell us the EXACT file you downloaded...that way you will be sure to get some real practical help.........there are so many and most are slightly different..........commoner ;)

That looks like a Texter file, that is something you add to a plane that you have downloaded. You have to read the description that is given for most of the addon stuff, it will say texter only most of the time if that is what it is.
