You'll need to add the carrier ops package we have here at SimV http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military17.htm ;)

Carrier Ops is paywere and you need to set it up still after getting the program like the demo version. No I don't have Carrier Ops I got ABACUS Flight Deck 4 which is similar but much easier.

:D  Hello snubcube.  Your download, BC Carriers, does not come with catapult launch zones but does have arrestor cables.  This is the play by play to install them.

1. Open the file BC Carrier
2. Click on Flight Simulator 9
3. Click on ArrCab25Ab
4. Click on ArrestorCables, (open with notepad)
5. Scroll down to [Zone30]
6. Highlight and copy entire zone
7. Open gauges folder in Flight Simulator 9
8. Scroll to dsd_arrestor_zones (cfg file)
9. Open with notepad
10. Scroll to bottom of page
11. Right click mouse and click on "paste"
12. Make sure the zone number is sequential, that is the next number in order.  Mine ended in zone 9 so I made this one zone 10.

Or!!!!!  Open BC Carrier
Click on Flight Simulator 9, then click on Gauges, then click on RCB-Miljet, copy the dsd_arrestor_zone gauge and paste it in the gauge folder in FS9, allowing it to replace the file.  Then make sure it is sequential.  By the way you can't take off or land a 747 from a carrier.

:D  Well, after checking out your carrier I find that it can't be landed on in it's present state.  No hard deck for landing.  Why don't you download the USS Freedom Bell or the NightHawk Stennis.  It comes with complete instructions on how to install the cables and catapult zones.  Your gauge file has all that is needed to take off and land on these carriers with just a little modification.  Read the instructions.  You can find both Carriers here at the Simviation.  Type in the name in the search section.
