Help with installs

I am writing this to find out from someone if there is a program that I can download for free that works well and is easy to us for installing aircraft scenery texters, and gauges and to help uninstall. I downloaded the easy installer utility 2. something but will not work unless I buy it or something, other wise all it's functions are locked. Help me if some one can.
