weired problem

hey  as i landed at New York flying Air Force 1 i noted a problem. Everytime you change the view to outside the plane starts to "jump" like if it would have hydrolics and then the front wheel would go into the ground causing a Crash, i have a new texture for the icy runway but im pretty sure that its the plane. can anybody help me fix this problem its soooo anoying.

Does it happen with all, or any of the other aircraft in your Hangar...?

yea sorry my bad, ive runned some test and it turned out tat nothing happens as long as it isnt winter. only prob is tat i forgot to back up my files, can anybody direct me to a good and trustworth add-on for winter runway texture, so i may replace the stuffed up ones.
