Panel Addons!!!

I have been high and low searching for a "Good" MD-11 Panel! Can anyone please suggest a good   MD-11 panel? Payware or freeware doesn't matter, I love my MD-11, the panels are horrible though. Even if you know of panel for a different plane that would go well withthe MD-11, that would be fine too!

Only one request I have before your suggestions: Night Lighting in the panel!!! I hate the monotone default fs 2004 panel night lights, I'm sure you all agree. Thanks in advance all!
