Need tips for fs9

Postby Bey » Tue Jun 19, 2007 6:21 am

I just started playing fs9 last weekend and I am currently having trouble with the VOR, I simply don't understand how it works, I think it is the 1st lesson in private learning lessons. Also how do you start from a terminal or not from the runaway when you create a flight?

Welcome to Sim-V Bey,

1) Click Here for a recent topic discussing the use of VOR.

2) On the Goto Airport window, after selecting the airport, you can select your starting position from the Runway/Starting Position dropdown list at the lower left of the screen. Select from the available runways or parking types. Smaller airports may not have any or all parking types available.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Can you give me an example of an airport with a parking type?
