ATC and ILS

Postby chacal » Tue Jun 12, 2007 2:53 pm

Hi all,
I have added an ILS to runway 24L at manchester.(UK). But i can't get ATC to recognize it. When i ask for another approach, it never lists it. Can anyone advise me on how to do this? Or if its possible?
Thanks
Stephen.

I don't think this is possible unortunately... But I could be wrong.

So, you've added in an ILS to an airport. The in-game ATC doesn't recognize it, but you CAN activate it and see it on approach.

I think it's just a matter of dialing in the Nav Frequency of the ILS every time you want to land, and avoid using the FS9 ATC system for a few moments.

I'm just guessing.. but can't you add the ILS via AFCAD (or something like that).

I know you can add runways and parking spots that AI reckognize..
