Lost my panel in the 2D mode

Please Help
I lost my instrument panel when in the 2D mode. All that is there is a black area where the panel used to be. If I go to virtual cockpit then the panel is there. If I hit the alt key when in 2D mode then the panel appears, as soon as the sim un-pauses, gone again

Please....Somebody point me in the right direction.

Sounds like a display problem. Have you changed any settings or updated your video card drivers recently?

Wow....I love this place...One minute I have a problem so I turn to simviations forum...and the next minute I'm flying high again.
