Zoom Problem when flying

Every time i start a flight in FS9, the zoom starts at an annoying level. when i go to the "View Options" window, the "Distance" number is set at some large number like 3000 Ft. and the altitude at the same level (really high). I looked in the FS9.cfg to attempt to solve the problem but it ended with nothing relative

Is this spot view? If so then make sure the "stop view" box is checked then change the number "0.1...." to a number. I used 01.90
