Help needed with Pilatus

Postby crotiusf16 » Sat Apr 28, 2007 5:01 am

I have installed the Pilatus package that I have downloaded from here, I think. My panel won't show. Why is that?

Can anyone give me some advice?

Which Pilatus is that? A link to the download page would be helpful.

Hi... A crude solution.
This will work for any single engine turboprop. You must have the original FS9 Cessna c208b in you aircraft folder.
Go to your FS9 folder. on the aircraft folder, open your Pilatus folder and your panel folder, find the panel.cfg file,
make a copy of this file so you wont loose it.

Now open the panel.cfg file with the Notepad, so you can to edit the configuration script. Click edit, select all, delete. Now on that blank page type or copy the following strings:
[fltsim]
alias=c208b\panel
Now select File on the notepad window bar, save it. Goto you FS9 load your Pilatus, the panel, should be there
Cheers.

Sorry it wasn't from this site. Go to www.avsim.com - afg_pc12_basepack.zip

Thanks for the replies.

I'm happy to help with anything posted here but don't usually get involved with files from other sites. Before going any further did you read the included instructions? I copied this from the file description on the download page.
This file contains the aircraft, panel & sounds. Be aware you need to install the panel manually after the main setup. So please pay attention to the readme files included.
