FS9 and windows vista

Postby tomcat3876 » Tue Apr 03, 2007 10:38 pm

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone out there with windows vista knows why I can edit a panel.cfg file in fs9 but it wont let me save it? I get a message that says it cannot create and then states the correct file path, and says make sure the file name and/or path are correct. I can put the cfg file on my desktop and edit and save it, then copy it to the acft folder in fs9. But I cannot just go to fs9 and edit it and then save it right there. I wasn't sure where to post this but I never had this come up with XP.
Thank you for any help

These are the disadvantages of wanting to use Windows Gestapo. If you think you are alone in having absurd errors and behaviors with Windows Gestapo, I suggest you to take a stroll on the various forums that talk about it.

When WinXp will not be usable anymore, there'll be a Linux installation for me.
