fs9.cfg help

I am trying to do some stuff I have read on here with fs9.cfg but, I cannot find it I looked in C:\documents and Settings\username\Application data\microsoft\ but fs9.cfg is not there I even did a search for it and cannot find it I am new to flight sim so any help would be great thx
