The file corrupted is on the install disks, am I right? :-/
You can try and change your CD/DVD reader and see if another is able to read said file correctly (don't have to buy another reader, ask a friend to lend his CD/DVD reader to you for a while and swap it yourself, if you're a hardware capable person, or ask someone who can if not).
If the CD/DVD reader swap still gives bad results, nothing you can do but ask M$ "in person" to change the faulty installation CD with a working one (if they still have one, with this "cross" fad lately you can never say...).

(personal note: This is the reason it's always a good practice to make a
personal backup copy of any and every important software, like I do.
