It all depends on the kind of scenery you're talking about. If the airports you installed are the AFCAD's (the layouts of the airports) only, then you can simply take from the package the file .bgl with the ICAO name of the airport you want to install (they're usually named AF2_XXXX.BGL, where XXXX is the 4 letter ICAO name for the airport that file describes) and use that file only.

If the package is more complex that simply a collection of AFCAD files, then a lot depends on the package itself, but generally in this case the answer is no.
