did you actualy read the manual? You need to use combinations as CTRL-mousewheel and shift-mousewheel.

Maybe just maybe you have dll files hidden which is a Msofts OS default
to fix
open my computer~ then under the tool tab~folder options~views tab then make sure the show hidden files and folders is checked
now you will be able to see dll files and move ithe f1view.dll file to its correct location
