I have a little question. In some aircraft you can extract that little "ladder" from the exit, right?
HOW DO I DO IT. Please help me. Thanks. :-/

That depends on the typo off aircraft, usually you turn off the engine(s) and open the door or canopy, the ladder appears.

...Try Shift + E, followed by keys 1 or 2 or 3, etc...
This opens/closes any doors, canopies, stairs, etc, but only if they were designed into the original aircraft...!

Another way to see if the ladder can be activated is to assign a key (or combination of keys) to the tailhook, Concorde visor up/down and wing fold and use them. Sometimes some animations are tied in the model to those events, like I remember it was in a 732 I've used for a while in the past.

Have a look in the ReadMe file that came with the download, quite often the designer will mention in there what keys certain animations are assigned to.
