I Wish.......

Postby ivormills » Wed Jan 17, 2007 6:58 am

I have been fying FS for many years, from FS98 to FS9 now.

I think I have almost got everything perfect, and how I like it, well for me anyway!

I have the aircraft I like, all the scenery add-ons I need, I use AFCAD and EZ Scenery when I want to customise my scenery, Panel Studio to add the gauges I like, and I have populated my world with all the AI aircraft I could ever want. I also paint my own aircraft when I have time.

My latest add-on is 'Active Sky' which is awesome! The real world weather it creates is so wonderful that it is worth flying just to see the clouds. It is an Add-on that makes FS9 'as real as it gets'.

So to my wish.........and the thing that would make the experience realistic.....an 'active airport'.
I fly a commercial jet and everthing is great, but the airport is deserted, no people, no activity.
No moving jetways or stairs to connect to your aircraft, no passengers embarking/disembarking, no service vehicles approach your aircraft for catering and refueling, nothing, no people and no activity. I remember that even in CFS1 you could add a scenery macro that, provided you parked in the right place, would send a fuel truck to your aircraft, sense it's position stop and then return after a pre-set time.

To make my FS experience complete I want an active populated airport that is alive with activity...............I Wish............... ::)

Try www.uk2000scenery.com  For UK airports moving trucks and walkways. It is payware! the site has free demos. In my opinion it is worth the money.
If your not part of the answer    your part of the problem!
I've often wanted to drown my troubles, but I can't get my wife to go swimming.

Also check out Lago's scenery. Bologna and Venice are impressive.
I think this belongs to the "Addons wanted" section.
