How does the stress on the aircraft damage it. is the damage visible in flight simulator?

No a1 it is not visible. HOWEVER there is something you can edit in the aircraft .cfg  to make the wings/stuff fall off when you collide with something.

The fouga magister, found here on simv i think, has parts that fall off when you hit something, and that is the only freeware plane i know of that does.
