Just a bit of help.....

Postby ben_thomas » Tue Jan 09, 2007 4:46 pm

I Reccently changed from Fs2002 to FS9 and moved a large chunk of my planes across.

when i opened a few, i got the message saying saying that some features wernt supported n stuff and wanted to know i i wanted to disable them. so, i clicked yes for a few of the aircraft

i then noticed that things wernt quite right (planes having no undercarrige) so when it came up with the message again, i clicked no and everything worked fine

i read somewhere sometime ago that you could change some line in the .cfg so that the features that were disabled were re-enabled but cannot find it

does anybody know whereabouts it is th the .cfg??

A lot of the early planes had this issue. There was a fix, if you look at the early pages of the FS9 forum it'll tell you how to do it (can't remember off the top of my head).

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

I had to check this one out to refresh my memory. If you see this option after installing a new aircraft click No

If you clicked Yes this can be changed by editing FS9.cfg.
