Just follow the install instructions with the Carrier Ops file and it'll explain how to set it all up and then yup you should be able to land any carrier (takes a fair bit of practice) ;)

You could also spend a little of money and get the Abacus Flight Deck 4. It costs a little bit, but it gives you about 4 carrier locations, and about 6-7 planes.

3wire comes configured for it, which makes it really great if you use 3wire.

the other package 3wire comes configured for is the arrcab carrier package, which is available here on simv

I would like to send you my f14 tomcat, but it's about 280mb.
I dont use wire3 or that, use dsd catapult, dsd arrester and dsd carrier zones.
Not easy to install, so take Swordfishs word and get wire3. It looks good to me.
But i tell you now, Happy and safe landing.
Sorry 3wire.

Thanks for all the info everyone,   Wow 280mb F-14 sounds awesome, I went and looked at flight deck 4 if I went that route can I add any aircraft to do traps it does not include a F-14 and that is really all I am interested in flying for carrier ops?    Reading the documentation for 3wire hopefully i'll be getting in some good traps soon. Again thanks for all the replys.

Ok, i have a couple of questions concerning the F-14, I installed the panel upgrade by Todd Mckee after installing everything the plane dissapered from my list. instructions say to edit the aircraft CFG since it has several textures in it already,VF 141,142,143 and 84. I found and installed all these additional textures plus the Vf 101 still no aircfaft in the grumman list?    What I would like to do is keep the original textures  plus the Vf 101 textures and the rest do away with. Not sure where i messed up probably has to do with the aircraft CFG i'm sure, any help would be greatly appr.
