iFly 744: can anyone help ...

Postby microlight » Wed Dec 20, 2006 9:21 am

... with the name of the default folder in FS9/Aircraft that the iFly self-installer uses to put the 747-400 into? I foolishly changed the folder name (to fit in with the convention I normally use), and now want to use the update service packs.

Many thanks, chums.

Okay Micro!

The default installation of the 747 calls the Aircraft file exactly as follows: "iFly 747-400" (minus quotes)...I prefer to install aircrafts with self installers to a separate folder and then copy/paste the files by hand...Much more tedious but saves any over writing... ;)

Many thanks, Ash.

I normally point self-extracters to a temporary folder too, except there are cases (like Project Fokker) that won't allow you to do that.

What a silly Fokker!
