...has anyone an opinion on it yet?
It's Real Environment professional by Tim Fuchs.
It got me intrigued...

Have had it for awhile now. Everything is very good save for the EnvMap texture (opinion only) - it seems to add an unnatural look. The EnvMap can easily be replaced by many others available for free download (and can even be created fairly easily as well). Don't let this stop you from giving it a try out, I think you will be more than happy with the overall results.

How does this package compare to the massive Reality Pack 1.2 by Sascha Rieger? Which one would you guys suggest?

I haven't tried the Reality Pack you mentioned. The water included with EnviroPro looks pretty good, it's kinda greenish-brown (polluted - lol) and has convincing reflection effects. Here's how the sun & water appear, in Boston & Honolulu...
