I think it's a BGL file. Not sure which CD it's on without seaching through all those CAB files but if you've been playing with TTools there should be a backup copy named traffic030528.ORIGINAL in FS9\Scenery\World\Scenery. To restore it rename the file to traffic030528.bgl

"CDs for a specific  file?"
Sounds similar to looking a word up in the dictionary when you don't how to spell it.

P.S. .utb extension is Ultimate Traffic Backup -- UT use the traffic.bgl file it creates. One can have as many traffic_files.bgl as there is disc-space for.

..........the traffic030528 file in my ../World/ scenery folder is just a .bgl file........no sign of the .utb extension you speak of. The backup file is actually called  traffic030528.ORIGINAL...now there's a funny extension for you...............commoner ;)
