wing view

in the fs videos you sometimes look out the windows next to the wings and its not in fraps

how do you do that?

Some model's come with Wing-Views...you need to find model's with Wing views... ;)

Again, it's all in the model design. Try iFDG. Except they don't have panels.

Then just move the eyepoint back, or use F1view.
