Spit lovers click here

Postby Mr.Mugel » Tue Feb 28, 2006 2:26 pm

At the sim-outhouse.com bazzar, the guy from Aeroplane Heaven did announce the following: A free FS9 Spitfire Prototype model !
It will be aviable for 24 hours only, though on the 5th of March, the day the Legend called Spitfire was born.

Check out this link for more:

I asked bazzar if it would be OK posting the link here, too, as they still sell the plane on the other time. He said it would be OK.

Any of you MPers, get it!

Not the best looking Spitfire, but still one to keep!

Tweek what planet are you on? It is the most perfect Spit! It is the mother of the family. That is like saying Ursula Andress is a bit of dog! She was THE Bond Girl (although my personal favourite is Maryam d'Abo)!
K5054 is perfection! Of course Roger would argue the case for Griffon engined models that I consider something of an abortion but hey a Spit is a Spit and nothing else comes close to the Supermarine legend ANYWHERE! You take the most ignorant peasant to an airshow and a Spit goes past and I bet you a quid to a pound of dogs eggs they know what it is!

I didn't say the prototype was bad looking! I just said it wasn't the best. The Mk.IXe is my personal favourite, which IMO, looks a bit more sleek than the original, K5054.
