Where's my kneeboard?

If I try to bring it up, whether with F10 or a cockpit panel icon, 7/10 of the screen blacks out, and all I can do is End Flight. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

The first place I check is the fs9.cfg

It's located here: C:\Documents and Settings\You\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\fs9.CFG and can be deleted; restarting FS9 will build a new (good) one.
