Pushback problems

I recently downloaded Rob Barendregt's Groundhandling v4.0, and have encountered 2 problems (I suspect they're but own fault, but anyway...)

Its freeware, I got it off AvSim's file library -  select fs2004 gauges  and just type 'pushback'  v4.0 is the newest.  I'd appreciate it If you tell me how you got on with it.
