Dear Sir,
     We were told once that you were going to upload a really great ground texture pack, that would greatly enhance the quality of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004.  I am writing this letter, to inquire about the status of this texture pack, as I, and many others, were looking very forward to it.  I am wondering if that has been uploaded and I am just too stupid to have noticed it, or is it still in the works.  Thank you for your hard work, and a prompt response.

Oh yeah, about that:

I tried to make it into a package, but ran into problems.  First off all, it seemed like there were WAY too many copyright issues.  Secondly, the file (in zip form) was 170MB.

I am going to make a list of files and instructions and make a post here in a few days, sorry for the delay.

If you want a head start, find your original FS disks and make a clean install.  Besure to go rename FS9.cfg something else.

The reason for this is that I did the textures off of fresh, default textures.  I dont know wheater or not there will be incompatibilities, or if every texture is changed.  Also, having a completely default install is great for backups, you can go back to default whenever.  NO! I AM NOT TELLING YOU TO START EVERTHING FROM SCRATCH!!!  ALL YOU ARE DOING IS TAKING THE DEFAULT TEXTURES AS A BASE!!!
