do you mean like rwy heading?  Thats what the number is for.  The rwy number is the first two digits of its heading ie rwy 33L is the left rwy at heading 330

I ask once also something like it,If there were a book or a data base (PDF) wich tell you all informations(frequecies of adf,VOR,DME,ATC ETC and the routes of all airports all over the world ,i got an simple asnwer,It would be longer than a diccionary,TODAY i know at least you can find perhaps like i did from my country,..later i found the Jeppesen navigation chart, Rimshot is trying to tell you Seach in google as download aeronatic navigation chart of your interested country,..I can't remember where did i download the charts in *.zip but I know they are available ,Maybe in avsim or here so
........Just Google a little ;)

Firstly, USE CORRECT ENGLISH! It is very difficult for even native speakers to understand you when you use abbreviations such as "u" and "y", especially "2" for "to", and "4" for "for", not to mention that SimV has many non-American/Anglo/Austrailian members for whom English is most likely a second (or third) language.

And for your question, runway 18 is heading opposite the north pole, 36 is heading to the pole, 09 is perpendicular to longitude, heading east, and 27 is perpendicular to long. heading west.

Although if you want to get specific, the heading of the runway may not exactly match it's number.

E.G:
Runway 27 (for 270 degree's) can have a heading anywhere between 265 degree's & 275 degree's.

The heading for each runway number can be off by as much as 5 degrees either way.

Also, if you want to know the heading or the runways available at any airport in FS9, just go into the map (zoom in) & click on the airport required:

runway 16 = 160*
runway 1 = 10*

Correct, give or take a maximum deviation of 5 degree'e either way.

oh and i wudn't use 2 for to if i had enough space to write the text in

That only applies to SMS messages, i'm quite sure the SimV servers can bear the brunt of the extra digit, allowing you to write 'to' instead of '2'.

well, no not really, because with SMS u get over 300 letters, which is enough words to write with, but with SimV, in the title, u only get a few words, which isn't enough, and i relasise i am using u in this parapgraph, but i couldn't care less

Should've called it 'Runway Headings?? - Help' then.

You don't have to fit your entire question into the title - thats why it's called a 'title'.
