You can download it from here:
http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=79174

It is in our livery as well. It is a POSKY model (v.2). This is the one I use without problems. However the B764 does have a heavy behaviour. If yout aircraft is fully loaded with a normal fuel quantity during approach you can use full flaps and a speed not less than 160 knots. You can reduce speed during the flair. Also, the POSKY B767 series models are a bit sensitive during the touch down as a touching with more than 400 FPM may cause serious damage to the landing gear system.
If you compare POSJY models with the FS defaults you will notice they all seem a bit heavy. It is not a problem of POSKY though. The FS models behave lighter than the real aircrafts. You can test this if you compare a POSKY 747 with the FS default one.

OK main reason why yours flies bad is that it's an old fde.

Get the V3 one and the updates at http://www.projectopensky.com/downloads-index.php

Alright, I have downloaded the same plane at one point I believe, and I did indeed have problems with banking, pitch and such. But recently I downloaded another 767-400 directly from project opensky's website, and it has performed admirably, so I suggest you try that. It probably is just an old file, as somebody mentioned.

Certainly not like that in real life. In fact, the 767 has a reputation for being overpowered! I read recently a pilot commenting on the performance of an empty one he was flying on a ferry flight, he said it took off like a 300,000lb jet fighter!
