Tee-Hee... ;D...!

Uncle Bill purposely changed the command "UnInstall" and replaced it with the command "Delete" just to cock-up all our vain attempts to get rid of unwanted "things".... :'(...!

Clipper, do you have the FS Update installed? And if so, did you uninstall it with the uninstall file contained in the update download, as recommended, before you tried to uninstall FS9 itself?

Can't believe that a problem on the scale you describe could be that simple. But I thought I'd mention the point, just in case it is.....  :)

Appreciate the response Nav.  :) No I don't have the FS Update. I'll keep working on it. Think it may possibly be a registry issue.

Clipper, just a couple thoughts...

Dont know if this might help, or maybe you've already got it..
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;888846&spid=1823&sid=1514

Also, did/do you have any auto-install add-ons that have entries in the Control Panel>Add-Remove Programs. Maybe they could have registry entries tying up the FS9 removal.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
