P47M-1 Questions

hello everybody.  Quick question, I have just downloaded the new P47M package.  I went to take her up and seems as if there is no 2d panel as well as I am only showing 1 of the two included textures.  Been through all of the files, of course it has been a while since Ive been flightsiming.  It does have a self installer, and I did try reinstalling it.. MMM? Just wondering  if I am overlooking some simple fix.  Come on people shake the cobwebs from my head... Thanx

Did you read the readme file?

Did you download both of the packages? There's one for the aircraft, and it looks like the second one has additional textures for it.

As for the 2d panel, It may only have a VC. The readme file should mention it if it doesn't

nope did not get the additional textures.  Just from the description of the first package it is complete with two versions of the model, as well as a 2d and a 3d vcockpit.
I have been through all of the documentation, as well as looked at the panel.cfg's everything looks to be in order, all though again I may just be overloiiking something...  thanx again

Sorry friends and nieghbors, had to close my eyes and recharge batteries.   Yes this file is on page 52 fs9 vintage.  It is the first file 27M not the repaints.  I have a new theory, someone who has the file or has looked at it let me have an opinion.  It does say in the documents that you have to manually install any repaints..  The file has and additional configure page for this.  There are two panels included  with the aircraft an period correct and a modernized version.  Both panels configures just read panel P47m-1 there are no list of views or gauges like there should be, although, there are additional configure files for the panels that look as they should , i.e. views, colors, positions. I am going to move one of these files into the panel file.  as well as use the additional plane configure to retrieve the other texture..  Sorry such a long way to say I think I have to pick wich panel to use as well as install the additional model texture..  But I wanted to establish the facts... thanx again

problem fixed!!! There is a patch from the author posted today problem fixed still cant figure out the 2d cockpit... But I fly from the vc most of the time anyways.  But both planes show and I do have two cockpits one with all the bells and whistles so I can fly IFR.
