congo,

Wow..... it is amazing when you are stumped with your wealth of computer savy!   :o

Don;t know the long term solution..... but for the short term....... set the fuel to unlimited and stay in the air.   ;)

best,

........john

My thoughts also!  :o

Glad you sorted it out congo, strange, I've never come across that one before (note made in little book of FS gripes)

As for parking brakes, I had to call out a mechanic to my Scania truck a while back, I could'nt get it to budge.

I'd completely forgotten that on connecting my trailer, the air brakes on it (the trailer) lock on until you manually release them.....

Doh!  :-[ ;D

Hey 4 Series, you should trade that scania in on a US spec volvo or a freightliner.  The new kenworths and macks are nice to.  I don't think US spec tractors have that auto parking brake feature when hooking up to a trailer, at least I haven't ever heard the truckers in my family talk about them and I hear it all at holidays when they are all together smoking quality cigars and drinking beer or homemade wine after dinner :-)  Of course, where you are I haven't any idea if there are any US made  truck dealers.
